1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase from Origin Peptides ("OriginHeals", "we", "us") through originheals.com and related OriginHeals domains. By placing an order you agree to them together with the Research-Use-Only Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated by reference.

We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded with your order and continues to govern that order.

2. Research use only — no human or animal use

All products are chemical reagents sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods or medical devices. They are not manufactured, labeled, tested or approved for human or veterinary use, and are not for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease or condition.

You represent and warrant at each order that (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes; (c) you (or your institution) are qualified to handle laboratory reagents safely; and (d) you will not use, administer, resell or transfer any product for human or animal consumption or administration. These representations are recorded with your order (see §5).

We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion where these conditions appear not to be met, including orders whose shipping address, order pattern or communications indicate non-research intent.

3. Product information and certificates of analysis

Each unit ships from a specific manufacturing lot. For every lot we publish a third-party certificate of analysis (COA) on the lot page reachable from the QR code on the label. The COA reports the laboratory's findings for that lot (for example identity and purity by HPLC/LC-MS and contaminant screens) as of the report date.

COAs are laboratory measurements, not warranties of fitness for a particular experiment. Where a report is corrected or superseded, prior versions remain visible with the correction note; we never overwrite a published report.

Descriptions of compounds on this site summarise material characteristics and published literature. They are not claims about efficacy or effects in humans or animals.

4. Ordering, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are registered to collect it. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed by our payment processor and inventory from a released lot has been allocated to your order. If a product becomes unavailable after payment (for example because the lot is placed on hold), we will refund the affected line in full rather than substitute.

Payment card data is collected by our payment processor through hosted fields and never stored on OriginHeals systems. We may decline orders that fail the processor's fraud or address checks.

Partner (referral) codes apply a first-order discount as displayed at checkout. Codes may not be combined, and coupon-aggregator traffic is not eligible (see Partner Program Terms).

5. Attestations and records

At checkout you must affirmatively accept these terms, the Research-Use-Only Policy and the age requirement. We record which version of each document you accepted, when, and from which network address, and attach that record to your order. These records may be produced to carriers, payment processors or authorities where required by law.

6. Shipping, risk and inspection

We ship within the United States only, to addresses we are able to verify. Cold-chain items are packed accordingly and may ship on limited days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 7 days with photographs; see the Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and lot holds

Because of the nature of the products, opened or temperature-exposed items are not returnable. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; partial refunds reduce any referral commission proportionally.

If Quality places a lot on hold or recalls it after you have received it, we will contact you at the e-mail on the order with instructions and, where applicable, a refund or replacement from a released lot.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Purchasing for or facilitating human or animal use.
• Reselling or transferring products to third parties for non-research purposes.
• Providing false identity, age, address or intended-use information.
• Publishing dosing, administration or protocol content in our community, or presenting community content as evidence.
• Attempting to circumvent lot holds, eligibility checks or payment controls.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE COA FOR A LOT, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of products or breach of these terms.

10. Research assistant and community

The research assistant provides literature-grounded summaries with citations and is configured to refuse dosing, medical and personal-use questions. Its output is informational, may contain errors, and is not advice. Community content is user-generated, pre-moderated, and not verified by us.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. [Counsel to confirm venue and any arbitration clause — D5.]
