Community Rules

Pre-moderation

All posts, comments and reviews are reviewed before they are visible. Rules run automatically; a moderator makes the final call on anything the rules or classifier flag.

Allowed

• Discussion of published research and mechanisms.
• Laboratory technique, assay questions, storage and handling.
• Lot documentation and COA interpretation.
• Product reviews limited to the purchase experience and material documentation.

Not published

• Dosing, protocols, reconstitution or administration guidance.
• Personal human or animal use or results.
• Adverse-event reports (these are routed privately to Quality — use safety@originheals.com).
• Medical advice; disease or treatment claims.
• Sourcing, resale or pricing discussion of other vendors.
• Personal information, harassment, or links outside the allow-list.

Partners

Partner-program members must disclose their status on any post about products. Undisclosed promotion is removed and repeated violations affect partner standing.

Sanctions and appeals

Warnings, mutes, posting bans and suspensions escalate with repeat violations. You can appeal any decision from the content item; appeals are reviewed by a different moderator.
